Pain Therapist and Clinic Manager
Linda Lara
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of experience. I help individuals navigate the complex emotional and physical challenges of chronic pain. My patients often face more than just pain — they experience identity shifts, grief, anxiety, depression, isolation, panic, anger, medication frustration, and the deep fear that things may never get better.
I specialize in using evidence-based neuroplasticity approaches to help retrain the brain and nervous system, so that pain no longer controls the narrative. Through a balance of compassion and accountability, I work with you to shift your relationship with pain — not by ignoring it, but by learning how to feel safer with it and move toward acceptance.
Acceptance doesn’t mean giving up. It means making space for healing, joy, and a meaningful life alongside pain. Together, we’ll explore the emotional patterns and protective parts that keep pain active and work towards reclaiming your sense of agency and purpose.
